Liquid Permeameter System Model RCLP-200
The Liquid Permeability Measurement System is a complete, high-performance permeameter engineered for the precise determination of core sample permeability under pore and confining pressures of up to 10,000 PSI (70 MPa). Ideal for laboratory testing of reservoir rocks, the system delivers accurate, stable, and repeatable results.
Permeability is a critical reservoir evaluation parameter, directly influencing the production potential of hydrocarbon-bearing formations. It quantifies how easily fluids flow through porous media and is typically determined using Darcy’s Law, which correlates flow rate, pressure differential, and rock properties.

Standard System Components
· Low-pulsation HPLC pump for fluid injection, with adjustable flow rates from 0.01 to 10 ml/min
· Manual hydraulic pump to apply and maintain confining pressure
· Two 1.0-liter piston accumulators for consistent fluid storage and delivery
· Horizontally-mounted Hassler-type core holder, suitable for various core sizes
· High-accuracy differential pressure transducer (range: 0–500 psid), protected by a manual bypass valve
· Dome-loaded backpressure regulator to maintain isobaric outlet pressure and ensure test stability
Optional Module
· Gas Permeability Module: Enables testing of relative gas permeability (Krg). Gas (e.g., N₂) is injected through the core, and flow data is used to calculate endpoint relative permeability.
